Hi, my name is Joseph Diorio. I do anesthesia here at Little Rock Family Dental Care. The name of my anesthesia group is Diorio Anesthesia. We provide anesthesia for dental and all types of oral surgical patients.
I do a quick history and physical. Examine the patient, find out what they’re allergic to. What medications they take, whether or not they’ve had anything to eat or drink, just standard anesthesia questions. When the tooth is knocked out, it’s best to keep it in that patient’s mouth until they get to the dentist. The second best place is the parent’s mouth, third would be a cup of milk, fourth being a cup of water. So, in this case he was able to put the tooth back around his cheek to keep it in his mouth until he got to see me at the office. If you can get a tooth re-implanted within an hour your success rate goes up. (more…)

Hi, my name is Jeff Lawrence. And I am a regular customer at Little Rock Family Dental Care. Randy has been a friend of mine for probably 30 years. I’ve gone to him for at least I guess the whole time he’s been a dentist. I’m 56 now and through the years you have, oh shoot, I’d have to have a crown. He’s always bonded my front teeth to make them look good and close gaps. He has whitened my teeth, had a couple implants done. And they literally put me out, did the implants and I was able to leave the office. Went back to work that same day. And anyway, I had no trouble whatsoever. The implants grew in perfectly.
