Dr. Billy Randall Machen

>Dr. Machen earned his Doctorate of Dental Science from the University of Tennessee's Dental School at Memphis, Tennessee. Since completing his degree in 1987, he's worked steadily to build a solid practice focusing on providing the fundamentals of good dentistry. His approach is comprehensive— rather than specializing in one particular treatment or procedure, he's concentrated on developing the skills needed to treat the whole spectrum of dental health needs that arise throughout a person's life. To this end, his continuing education emphasis has included extra hours in microdentistry, including advanced, conservative techniques such as air abrasion.

Dr. Machen is well-known for his friendly, down-to-earth attitude and excellent communication skills, making every patient feel comfortable and confident about their treatment, whether it's routine or complex.

Which means that we're well-versed in the many different areas involved in running a top-notch practice…from clinical skills to organizational skills. And even aside from our excellent technical training, you'll find that our team brings a rare level of energy and commitment to our work. Rosetta Hi! I am Rosetta Campbell. I have worked at Little Rock Family Dental for 18 years as the business assistant. I believe taking care of our patients is the #1 priority!

Robyn Hi! I’m Robyn. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. I have been at Little Rock Family Dental for 5 years and have been a hygienist for 13years. LRFD is a fantastic place to work. The staff here works hard to take care of every patient. I have two little boys – Cole and Canton.

Chas Hi! I’m Chasity Brighton. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. I have been a hygienist for 13years and have worked at LRFD for 3 ½ years. I love taking care of my patients and I have a great time with people I work with! I have 2 little girls – Blakely and Addison.

Charla Hi, my name is Charla Fryar. I’m a Registered Dental Assistant. I have been with Little Rock Family Dental for a little over a year and an RDA for almost 7 years. I love my job, the people I work with, and our patients. I have two children – a son named Devon and a daughter named Morgan.

Leslie Hi, my name is Leslie Pagley. I am a registered dental assistant / hygiene assistant. I have been with Little Rock Family Dental for 2 years and enjoy the friendly, professional atmosphere. I love meeting our patients and helping to make their dental experience a pleasant one. I am happily married to my husband Mark! We have 3 beautiful children and 2 grandchildren. We reside in Maumelle.

Devon Hi There! My name is Devon Seigman. I’ve been working here at Little Rock Family Dental for 2 years as a Registered Dental Assistant. I have been an assistant for a total of 5 ½ years. I got married in April of 2009 and we welcomed our beautiful baby boy into our family on March 8th, 2010. What do I love most about my job…? That would have to be meeting all the different people and establishing a trusting relationship with them.

Ashlee Hi, I’m Ashlee! I am a Certified Dental Assistant. I’ve had the pleasure of working at Little Rock Family Dental for nearly 2 years and have been an assistant for 6 years. I am the proud parent of a gorgeous 4 year old little girl. I spend all of my free time with her.

Meme Hi, my name is Minyon (I go by MeMe)… I have been a part of the Little Rock Family Dental team for just over a year. I, along with Mrs. Brenda, work diligently every day with your insurance company to provide you with estimates for your needed treatment. I enjoy going to the movies, spending time with family and friends, and attending church.

Natalie Hi, my name is Natalie. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and have been practicing dental hygiene for 24 years. I have had the pleasure of working at Little Rock Family Dental for a little over a year. I love working with all of my patients and providing the m the best dental hygiene care possible. I have been married for 20 years and have two lovely children.

Amy Hi There! I’m Amy Putt! I am Registered Dental Assistant and the Dental Hygiene Coordinator for Little Rock Family Dental. I have been in the dental field since 2004, and I absolutely LOVE IT! I am the proud mommy of a 7 year old little boy named Dylan. I enjoy the outdoors, hunting, fishing, singing, and attending church. My favorite part about dentistry is giving everyone another excuse to smile!! I can’t wait to meet all of you!

Brenda Hi, my name is Brenda King. I am one of the Treatment Coordinator’s here at Little Rock Family Dental. I’ve been with LRFD for 7 ½ years. I like helping our patients with their concerns regarding financial arrangements.

Meri Hi! I’m Meri Ellison. I have a wonderful job with Little Rock Family Dental as the office manager. I handle all of the patient accounts – needless to say, my day stays very busy. When I go home I become a grandma “meme” to 4 beautiful grandkids. My evenings also stay very busy. I wouldn’t change a thing!

Tempe Hi I’m Tempe. I have been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 40 years and have been working at Little Rock Family Dental for the last 18 years. Contrary to belief here, I did not work on the caveman, but to stay in the dental hygiene profession this long shows my passion and love for my job. LRFD has a fantastic dental team and the dentist’s strive to keep us up to date with the latest technology. I love my patients and I strive to stay current to provide them with the best possible care. Hopefully, this information will empower my patients to take charge of their dental health. I have 2 grown children – a daughter, Shelley and a son, Brad.

Lascena Hi, I am Lascena. I have been a dental assistant for 11 years. I’ve been working for Little Rock Family Dental for over a year. I am one of the many assistants at the office. I have 2 little ones, whom are the center of my life.
