Each member of our team has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Hi; I'm Rosetta. I have worked for Little Rock Family Dental since 1991 as the Business Assistant. I believe that taking care of our patients is our #1 priority! I have a very loving husband, three grown children and the most wonderful grandson, who is the light of my life.

Hi; I'm Devon. I am one of Little Rock Family Dental's many assistants. I have been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2004 and I have been working here at Little Rock Family Dental since 2008. I enjoy working with my patients and helping them with their needs. My husband and I have a beautiful little boy that keeps me busy in the evenings.

Hi; I'm Amy. I am a Registered Dental Assistant for Little Rock Family Dental. I have been in the dental field since 2004, and I absolutely LOVE IT! I am the proud mommy of the best little boy in the world. I enjoy the outdoors, hunting, fishing, singing and attending church. I am a full-time student at UALR and I work part-time for Dr. Machen. My favorite part about the dentistry is giving everyone another excuse to smile!!! I can't wait to meet all of you.

Hi; I'm Ashlee. I am a Registered Dental Assistant. I am also a licensed CPR instructor. I've had the pleasure of working at Little Rock Family Dental since 2008. I have been a dental assistant since 2004. I am the proud parent of a gorgeous little girl. I spend all of my free time with her.

Hi; I'm Meri. I have been with Little Rock Family Dental since 2006. I have a wonderful job as the office manager. I also handle all of the accounts – needless to say, my day stays very busy. I have a wonderful grown daughter and son. I also have four beautiful grandchildren, and I get to be a part of their lives as they grow up. My evenings also stay very busy. I wouldn't change a thing.

Hi; I'm Amy. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and I have been with Little Rock Family Dental since 2011. I have been a hygienist since 1996. I recently returned to Little Rock and I am glad to be home. I love the fun and caring atmosphere here. I have two wonderful children that keep me entertained in the evenings.

Hi; I'm Michelle. I work at the front desk and with the insurance and I love it. I have worked here since 2011. We have the best patients and staff around. I am also the proud mom of two amazing girls (young ladies). I love to garden, going dancing and anything outdoors.

Hi; I'm Vivi. I am from Columbia. I have been a dental assistant since 1997. I came to the United States in 2009 and became part of the Little Rock Family Dental team in 2010. I love my work and meeting new patients. I like to create a lasting friendship with all of my patients and make them feel comfortable when they come to the dentist. I am married to a wonderful man and we have two beautiful boys.

Hi; I'm Minyon but I go by MeMe. I have been part of the Little Rock Family Dental team since 2009. I am their Financial Coordinator. I work diligently every day with the doctors and your insurance to provide you with estimates for your treatment. I enjoy going to the movies, spending time with my family and friends, and attending church.

Hi; I'm Natalie. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and have been practicing dental hygiene since 1984. I have had the pleasure of working at Little Rock Family Dental since the beginning of 2009. I love working with all of my patients and providing then the best dental hygiene care possible. I have been married since 1989 and I have two lovely children.

Hi; I'm Tempe. I have been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1970 and have worked at Little Rock Family Dental since 1991. To stay in the dental hygiene profession this long shows my passion and love for my job. LRFD has a fantastic dental team and the dentists strive to keep us up to date with the latest technology. I love my patients and I strive to stay current to provide them with the best possible care. Hopefully, this information will empower my patients to take charge of their dental health. Hi; I'm Lascena. I have been a Dental Assistant since 1998 and I have been working for Little Rock Family Dental since the beginning of 2009. I am one of the many assistants at this office and I like how we work together to form one large team. I enjoy working with my patients. I have beautiful two little ones, whom are the center of my life.
